NOVA Mental Performance Consulting, LLC

NOVA Mental Performance Consulting, LLC, led by Alexis Rae Chapa, M.S., MPC, specializes in mental skills training—a tailored, evidence-based approach to help individuals in high-performance fields, including athletes, first responders, healthcare professionals, performing artists, and business leaders. Alexis works under the supervision of Dr. Seong Kwan Cho, Ph.D., CMPC, to provide specialized support designed to enhance resilience, focus, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.
